Here is something I make for gifts when i am low on money. It will be a great gift for your grandparents and aunt and uncle as well:
I go and find a pretty glss vase, I like the ones with a "crackle glass" look to it. A basket would work also. I then buy the tiny strands of white lights at the dollor tree for $1.00. It has about 25 lights on it. You also buy potporri, or make your own. That is cheap as well. Then you put the lights in the vase or basket and the potporri. Tie a ribbon around the top of vase or trip of basket to kinda hide the cord. Plug it in to make sure you have the lights in there in a pretty way. What happens is, the lights heat up the potporri, and makes the room smell great. Also, the crackle glass and lights make a pretty decoration to a room. They will love you made it yourself.
